Virginia Weseman

Virginia (Hendricks) Weseman, age 95 of Litchfield, MN, passed away at her home on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Virginia was born on May 18, 1928 to Luben Hendricks and Elizabeth (Loos) Hendricks in Sherburn, MN. After high school, she attended beauty school in Fairmont, MN. On June 23, 1948, she married Fredrick Weseman. Together, they lived in Mountain Lake and then moved to Litchfield. Virginia loved sewing, crocheting, baking, and gardening, and she was a member of the quilters at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her children, Vicki (Jim) Renne, Fred Weseman, Gary Weseman, and Candice Martin; her grandchildren, Jesse, Devin, Matthew, Melissa, Andrew, and Brant; her great-grandchildren, Christopher, Sophia, Aubrey, and Jaden; and her sisters, Pauline Schooley, Diane McCullom, and Florine Brolsma.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Fredrick; parents Luben and Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Sean and Michelle; and her siblings.
