ROSEMARIE KATHRYN GEISLINGER

Rosemarie ""Rosie"" Geislinger, 52 of Watkins, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at her home. Mass Of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Watkins. Rev. John Brunner will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery. Casket bearers are Chad Henfling, Shane Henfling, Ryan Henfling, Darren ""Harv"" Geislinger, Dan Geislinger, and Tom ""Honker"" Geislinger. Rosemarie ""Rosie"" Geislinger was born on April 29, 1959 at Litchfield, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Frank and Marie (Moser) Henfling. She was united in marriage to Michael Geislinger on November 13, 1976 at St. Peter Catholic Church in Eden Valley. They resided at Watkins where Rosie was a homemaker and she enjoyed raising her family and later providing day care for her grandchildren, forming a special bond with them. Her husband, Michael, passed away on September 14, 1999. Rosie was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Watkins. She enjoyed playing cards and cooking. Rosie is survived by her children and their spouses, Jenny and Brad Erpelding of Watkins, Angie and Jeff Haan of Eden Valley, Jill Geislinger of Minnetonka, Jason and Stephanie Geislinger of Winsted; 8 grandchildren; brothers and sisters and their spouses, Carole and Chris Lothian of Maple Grove, Julann and Pat Delaney of Fridley, Arlene and Micheal ""Tim"" Timm of Garrison, Wayne and Joyce Henfling of Manannah, Marv and Jeannie Henfling of Plymouth, Al and Diana Henfling of Watkins, Greg and Candy Henfling of Watkins; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael; grandson, Nicholas; brothers, Harry Henfling, and John Henfling in infancy.
