Robert 'Bob' F. Kielty

Robert ""Bob"" F. Kielty, age 68, of Grove City, MN, died on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at the St. Cloud Veterans Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the Church of St. Philip on Litchfield, MN. Visitation will held one hour prior to the service at church. Military Honors will be provided by the Litchfield Military Honor Guard. Interment will be held at Lake Ripley Cemetery. Robert ""Bob"" Francis Keilty, the son of Patrick ""Peck"" and Yerda (Fahl) Kielty was born on December 28, 1944 in St. Paul, MN. He graduated from Grove City High School in 1963 and served in the US Air Force from 1963 to 1967, during Vietnam. Bob was united in marriage to Gwen Lindberg in Minneapolis on March 8, 1969. They lived in Colorado until moving back to Grove City in 1993, when he started Kielty Construction. Bob also worked with Gwen at the Country Barn Gift Shop in Grove City. He retired in 2004. He was a member of the Church of St. Philip and a life member of the V.F.W. He enjoyed duck hunting in North Dakota, deer hunting, fishing, telling stories and will be remembered for his sense of humor. He is survived by his wife, Gwen of Grove City, MN; daughter Stacey Kielty of Grove City, MN; and sister Cathleen Schumacher of Vancouver, WA.
