Marie Antonette Kragenbring

Marie (Pollock) Kragenbring, age 56, died on November 7, 2013 at Meeker Memorial Hospital, Litchfield, MN after fighting a courageous battle against cancer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the Church of St. Philip in Litchfield. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Church on Friday, November 15th with a parish prayer service at 7:30 PM. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Marie Antonette Kragenbring, the daughter of James and Virginia (Westphall) Pollock was born on March 29, 1957 at the Litchfield Hospital. She graduated from Litchfield High School in 1975 and from Hutchinson Vo-Tech in 1976. From 1976 to 1987, Marie worked for KLFD Radio in Litchfield, often known as the ""Time-To-Trade"" lady. She met her husband Ron at KLFD and married in 1983. She worked several jobs including the James W. Anderson Insurance Agency, in-home daycare, Hutchinson Technology, Innovex and The Water Doctor (Kinetico) as administrative assistant in Willmar, MN. Marie loved getting together with family and friends. Her interests included: gardening, reading, traveling, cooking, crossword puzzles and camping. Marie is survived by her husband Ron of Litchfield, sisters Joyce Kemmer of Bloomington, MN, Sandy (Scott) Breuer of Apple Valley, MN, Carol (Art) Riehle of Darwin, MN and brother; Jim (Deb) Pollock of Coon Rapids, MN; in-laws, Lee (Alice) Kragenbring of Oregon, Owen Kragenbring of Litchfield, MN, Kathy Christensen of Litchfield, MN, Mary Kragenbring of St. Cloud, MN, Bonnie and Jim Fenner of Colorado and Geraldine and Jerry Keavy of St. Louis Park, MN, 23 nieces and nephews and 37 great nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
