Lucille Nelson

Lucille A. Nelson, age 92, of Litchfield, MN, died on Friday, December 12, 2014 at the Ecumen Memory Care in Litchfield, MN. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Grove City with visitation one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will be held at Arndahl Lutheran Cemetery. Lucille Anna Nelson, the daughter of Martin and Alta (Johnson) Wieker, was born on July 27, 1922 in Meeker County, MN. She was united in marriage to Glenn Nelson on October 12, 1940. Lucille worked at the Nelson Brothers store in Atwater, MN. She was a member of Arndahl Lutheran Church and Trinity Lutheran Church. Lucille loved flowers and always had a big flower garden. She enjoyed crossword puzzles. Lucille is survived by her children, Kathryn Jeffery of PA, Joan Hanson of North Dakota and Pat Tostenrud of MN; grandchildren, Eric Hanson, Maren (Jeffery) Patel, Erin (Jeffery, Velez ) Sheeran and Jennifer Tostenrud; great grandchildren, Jamie (Seelye) Roder, Abby Hanson, Nick Hanson, Matthew Patel, Anjali Patel, Savannah Tostenrud, Nathanial Tostenrud, Michaela Velez, Pedro Velez, Elijah Sheeran and Ashlynn Sheeran. great-great grandson Eliot Roder.
