Julleen Joy Roush

Julleen J. Roush, age 67 of Atwater, MN, passed away peacefully on Monday April 7, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday April 12, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral and Cremation Service in Litchfield, MN.

Julleen Joy Roush was a devoted wife, mother and grandma. Julleen was born to Jerry and Janet (Jossart) Voorhees was born on December 25, 1957, in Benson, MN. On May 29, 1976, she married her husband Leo Roush Jr. Together they raised three daughters, Amy, Stacy and Sara. Julleen served the community through working at Ecumen as a hospice home aide. She took pride in assisting her clients with love, comfort and dignity. Julleen enjoyed camping, puzzles, bird watching, spending time with her family and playing with her favorite dog, Buddy.

Julleen is survived by her loving husband Leo; daughters Amy (Chris) Welch of Litchfield, Stacy Roush of Atwater and Sara (Matt) Miller of Roscoe; grandchildren Emily (Aidan), Taylor and Josiah Welch and Sophia, Kaleb and Hayden Miller; brothers Alan (Michelle) Voorhees of Bemidji and Terry (Kris) Voorhees of Apple Valley; sisters Colleen (Jim) Anathan of Farmington, Jennifer (Jeff) Karrow of Alexandria; and sister-in-law Mary Voorhees.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Janet Voorhees; brother Bob Voorhees; father and mother-in-law Leo Sr. and Mable Roush.
