Jerald ""Jerry"" B. Hentges

Jerald ""Jerry"" B. Hentges, age 63, of Darwin died on Friday, September 11, 2015, at the Ecumen Emmanuel Home in Litchfield. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 24, 2015, at the Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Darwin. Jerald Bernard Hentges, the son of Andrew and Agnes (Steichen) Hentges, was born on December 23, 1951, in Wright County. Jerry worked driving truck for Cletus Huhn. He enjoyed fishing, tinkering with cars and watching the Vikings. He truly loved driving truck. He is survived by his children, Ann Hentges of Memphis, TN, Jeremy Maresch of Cosmos, Christy Larsen of Anoka, Scott Hentges of Brookings; special step-children, Gaylen Heacock, Michael Heacock and Hope Rieck; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his brothers, Leslie (and Stacey) Hentges of Georgia, Robert Hentges of Kimball; sisters, Patricia (and Larry) Thorson of Duluth, and Cheryl Tekergalis of California.
