ISABELLA E. KRIPPNER

Isabella Krippner was born to Edward and Catherine (Rausch) Rossmann on Sept. 28, 1924 at St. Nicholas, Minnesota. On June 25, 1946, she was united in marriage to Joseph N. Krippner at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in St. Nicholas. They farmed in Maine Prairie Township before retiring in 1982. Isabella was a long time member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Marty and was active with the Christian Mothers, Mission Group and the Catholic Aid Association. She was dedicated to the Holy Cross Parish and School and was a Patron of Mary, Rosary and Adoration. She had a deep love and compassion for all children. Isabella was an accomplished quilter, seamstress and master gardener. She enjoyed playing cards and fishing and most of all, spending time with her family. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Susan and James Keane of Hopkins, Matthew and Ellen Krippner of Marty, Louis Krippner of St. Cloud, Michael and Kathy Krippner of Farmington, Jane and Bob Fladung of St Michael, Emily and Nick Fernholz of Foley, Helen Wilfehrt of St. Cloud, Katherine and Scott Adams of Rice, Don and Eva Krippner of Sartell, Francis and Shelly Krippner of Marty, Dorothy and Pat Kuechle of Sauk Rapids, Teresa and Gary Linn of Watkins, Lois and Tim Schindler of St. Michael; 38 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; sisters, Mary Hennen of Morton, Lucille Neis of Coon Rapids, Helen Pollard and her husband, John of Mt. Vernon, SD; sisters-in-law, Sally Rossmann of Cold Spring, and Donna Rossmann of St. Cloud. Isabella was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph; children, Joseph, Linus, and Virgene; brothers, Edwin, Gilbert, and Vernon Rossmann; sisters, Bernadine Hennen, Erma Denn, Jeanette Apman and Kathleen Neu. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
