Harold R. Bahr, age 48, of Litchfield, MN died on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at the Meeker Memorial Hospital in Litchfield, MN. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home, Litchfield, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Lake Ripley Cemetery, Litchfield, MN. Harold Robert Bahr, the son of Rueben and Harriet (Baird) Bahr, was born December 28, 1964 in Litchfield, MN. He graduated from the Litchfield High School in 1983. Harold enjoyed being outdoors while bow hunting and fishing, woodworking, listening to loud, rock and roll and heavy metal music and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his smile, sense of humor, and his easy going, laid back personality. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, David (and Linda) Bahr of Litchfield, MN, Jimmy (and Kari) Bahr of Watertown, South Dakota, Diane Grimsgard (and Sal Jasso) of Sartell, MN, Elaine (and Rodney) Geurtz of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Kenny (and Cathy) Bahr of Bird Island, MN; brothers-in-law David Kline of Winter Haven, Florida and Ron Wandersee of Clara City, MN; and many nieces and nephews.
