Dennis Laffen

Dennis R. Laffen, age 55, of Litchfield, died on Friday, August 1, 2008 at the Emmanuel Nursing Home in Litchfield, MN. Immediate family services were held with interment in the Hector City Cemetery, Hector, MN. Dennis Ray Laffen, the son of Arthur and Gladys (Emerson) Laffen was born on March 25, 1953, in Willmar, Minnesota. He was confirmed on April 26, 1953, at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Atwater and graduated from the Atwater High School in 1971. Dennis served in the United States Army. He was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Atwater. He enjoyed wrestling, baseball and fishing. Dennis is survived by his siblings Arlene (and Stanley) Mortenson of Litchfield, Gary (and Oy) Laffen of Atwater and Sandra Laffen of Minneapolis. He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Gladys; and a brother Michael.
