Dale Jerome Mausehund

Dale J. Mausehund, age 61, of Eden Valley died on Thursday, April 12, 2012, at the St. Cloud Hospital after battling cancer. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, April 16, 2012, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Eden Valley. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until7:00PM at the church on Sunday and will continue one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Manannah Cemetery. Dale Jerome Mausehund, the son of William and Florence (Isaacson) Mausehund, was born on November 13, 1950, in Litchfield. He grew up near Manannah and graduated from Litchfield High School in 1968. He continued his education at Willmar Vo. Tech. studying Agricultural Technology. Dale worked in Northfield for a short time before working in the Eden Valley area as a Sales Agronomist with Centra Sota. On April 5, 1997, he was united in marriage to Kathy Rettig in Buffalo. Dale enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tinkering on tractors. He will be remembered as a very friendly person who enjoyed visiting and getting to know people. He is survived by his wife Kathy of Eden Valley, step-children, Kristina (and Brian) Wall of Maple Lake, Kyle Krueger of Buffalo, Kevin Krueger of Eden Valley, granddaughters, Mylie, Gemma and Taya Wall. He is also survived by his brother Ralph (and Harriet) Mausehund of Litchfield, sister-in-law Wanda (and Paul) Urdahl of Litchfield, nephew, Ryan (and Lori) Mausehund, nieces, Christine (and Marc) Sorge, Nancy (and Mike) Hesse and Emily (and Mike) Geers, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Virgil and Beverly Rettig, other relatives, hunting buddies ""the guys"" and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Kenny Mausehund, cousin Donnie Mausehund and numerous Aunts and Uncles.
