Cheryl A. Findling

Cheryl A. Findling, age 53, of Grove City, MN, died at the St. Cloud Hospital on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday June 9, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Grove City, MN. A visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at the Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield, MN and will continue one hour prior to the service at church on Monday. Interment will be held at the Baptist Cemetery in Grove City, MN. Cheryl grew up in Missouri and was baptized at the Novinger, MO Baptist Church in 1981. She moved to MN in 1983. Her family, and her role as mother and grandmother, was the most important thing to Cheryl. This is where she drew her strength and left her legacy. Being with her family was what Cheryl enjoyed most of all. Cheryl was called home by God on June 3rd, 2014. She passed away at the St. Cloud Hospital, surrounded by family, after fighting a long, courageous battle with cancer. Cheryl is survived by 5 children, Jessica (and husband Eric Seelen), Jeremy (and his wife Carrie Raasch), Jason Raasch, Tiffany Smith and AshLee (and husband Charles Smith). As well as 6 grandchildren Natalie, Emma, Josie, Nicholas, Maya, and Kiza, and another grandchild on the way Sophia, as well as an abundance of other relatives and friends. Cheryl was proceeded in death by her parents, twin sister Sharon, brother Rex, as well as many aunts, uncles, and her grandparents.
