Carl "Randy" R. Leaf

Carl Randolph “Randy” Leaf passed away peacefully at the age of 70 at the St. Cloud Hospital on April 4th, 2025.

Carl “Randy” Leaf was born on August 17, 1954, in Clarion IA to Ron Leaf & Bette Weyde Leaf Eckman.

Randy attended grade school in Iowa and graduated from Litchfield High School where he proceeded to become a licensed Barber.

Randy was an avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing. From summer fishing to ice fishing, he loved being on the water. He even provided guided fishing trips and later would write a book about his secrets and success. He was an amazing hunter and very proud of his wildlife mounts witch he had beautifully displayed at his barbershop known as “uppercuts” in downtown Litchfield in the early 90’s.

Randy was an outgoing man with a larger-than-life personality, always joking and wearing a smile.

Randy is survived in death by his daughters Amelia Leaf, Christina Raduenz (Nic) & Cassandra Johanneck (Nathan). Father Ron Leaf, Sister Lori Leaf, five grandchildren, James, Lillian, Alex, Sawyer and Elsi and 2 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Mother Bette, Sister Missy, Brother Tom, Stepmother Leslie and Grandparents Carl & Levetta Leaf and William & Providencia Weyde.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
