Anna Dilley

Anna M. Dilley, age 81, of Grove City, MN, died Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at the Emmanuel Home in Litchfield, MN. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, August 30, 2008, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Grove City, MN with Pastor Michael Likens officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Interment will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Grove City, MN. Anna Marie Dilley, the daughter of Herman and Mary (Johnson) Williams, was born on December 4, 1926, in Litchfield, MN. She received her education in Litchfield. On May 9, 1943 she was united in marriage to Elmer Dilley in Litchfield, where they lived together until moving to Grove City, MN in 1962. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Grove City, MN. Anna enjoyed gardening, canning, fishing, crafts and spending time with family especially her children and grandchildren. Anna is survived by her children; Diane (and Steve) Larsen of Blaine, MN, Tom (and Rosemary) Dilley of Grove City, MN, David Dilley of Belgrade, MN, Steve Dilley of Willmar, MN, James Dilley, Cindy (and Scott) McKee of Hutchinson, MN, Sandy (and Wayne) Williams of Grove City, MN, Susan Dilley of Minneapolis, MN and Denise Langmo of Grove City, MN; daughter-in-law Phyllis Dilley of Grove City, MN, 28 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and brother Harold Williams of Chisago City, MN She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Elmer, son E. LaVern Dilley, infant daughter June, great granddaughter Jill, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
